I am having an H of a time getting a FREE Obama Phone.

The guys say, it's easy, go to 10th and Arlington and show them your  food stamp card.

Well, I called there and the lady said I had to have PROOF of NIGHTTIME residence.

She knew all about my DAYTIME address.

I went to re-qualify for my food stamps.

Lady asks me if I am going to school.

Not thinking, I told the truth, and it cost me again!

Not allowed to go to school AND eat!

If you are between 18 and 50 and not working at least 20 hours a week, you get whacked!

I got lucky, I am 57 1/2.

Now, How are you paying for this school?  OOOPPPPSSS!

Federal Grant.  OOOOPPPPPSSSS.

That is money.  Not allowed.

This is still in the process, but it is not looking good for the BUMR!!!

What about the person working 20 hours a week.  That's money!

Two guys I knew got part time jobs cleaning tables for minimum wage at a pancake house.  GOT WHACKED!

They are "trying" to stop you from getting food stamps without a "stable address!"

Who do you think needs the stamps the most????!!!!  DAH???!!!!

The questions were NOT trying to qualify me, they were trying to find a reason to DENY ME!!!

GEESE AGAIN - SCARY

On my way to the IUPUI Campus Library, a set of two geese take off from an empty parking lot right in front of me. About 7 feet off the ground as they flew by me.

I thought, cool there they are again. 

A few feet later there come ANOTHER pair of geese from the parking lot  about 10 feet right over my head.

Hhhhmmmm.....

This is where it gets crazy/scary...

As I approach the IUPUI Library itself....

I know that in 1988 after the original geese "getting my attention" episode, was when the dis-assembly of my life took off in a very big way.

DEATH THREAT?

I myself thought that this was a bit paranoid.

But as I passed this utility box one day there was a sign on it that stated:

           DEATH <-----> CAKE

What was this?

Well, I have seen these similar types of messages before and they always do seem to have a personal meaning to me.

Now, I understand that's how teen idols have sold millions of records for years because the target thinks that the words have a particular meaning the them personally.

But in this case the "DEATH" part is pointing toward the Library at the IUPUI Campus and the "CAKE" to the Library Central of Indianapolis.

I think he was read the riot act.

I think that happened to the owner the the ABBY shop inside of the Indianapolis City Market.

I went their a few days ago (approx. May 5, 2014) and the owner still had a sign on the cash register stating that they are not taking food stamps at this time.

This has been going on for months now, so  I asked him if he is NO LONGER taking food stamps. He said yes.

He knows I am a bum now, he knew I was a bum before, but I will tell you he ALWAYS treated me kindly and with respect.

I did NOT get that treatment this time.

I think he would have NOT taken cash money from me if they did not tell him he had to just to keep the ACLU away.

He was NOT giving out a nice vibe at all.

That is someone or some people ("THEY"/"THEM"), told him he had better not DO ANYTHING to help make the BUMS seem to be legitimate shoppers.

This is a step in the right direction except it still precludes using a GAS TURBINE engine to burn a fuel that will be used to generate electricity onboard the vehicle.
