GERMANY SETS WORLD CUP RECORDS

Tuesday’s World Cup semifinal match between Germany and Brazil was supposed to be a great game between two of the top soccer teams in the world. Instead, it turned out to be a disaster of epic proportions for the home team, as Germany ran off with a 7-1 victory and set records in the process.
The Germans handed Brazil their worst World Cup loss ever. They scored five goals in the first half including a mind-blowing four in six minutes. They added two more goals in the second half and led 7-0 before the Brazilians finally got on the board in the 90th minute.
