Happened last fall.
While sleeping on the pavement outside a downtown Indianapolis church, a street criminal came by and went through my pockets.
I awoke to find my FREE cell phone in my face and him telling me to give him the change in my pockets for the cell phone back.
I gave him my change and he gave me my cell phone and left.
It is unnerving to have someone go through your pockets while you are asleep.
A downside to this kind of freedom.
