NASA NEEDS to MAKE HOME IN SPACE

When will we start building a permanent presence around/on these places?

We should have a standard expandable platform constructed around/on places like:

Earth, Moon, Venus, Mars, Europa, Titan, Etc.

Should be able to shuttle between them. Drop down to and back from body below.

Send expansion modules that grow/refurb the structure.
